Emily is an illustrator and designer whose projects aim to encourage viewers to re-evaluate their relationships with plants, animals, and environments. Emily graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2018 with her BFA in Studio Practices, and completed a Graduate Certificate in Science Illustration from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2019.
From 2021 to 2024, Emily worked as a graphic artist at the Sedgwick County Zoo in Wichita, Kansas where she was fortunate enough to work alongside a talented team of artists, fabricators, and animal experts.
